1. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times while on the inflatable/soft play.

2. Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable while inflating/deflating.

3. Children are not allowed to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls.

4. No gymnastics of any kind including somersaults.

5. Ensure the inflatable/soft play is not overcrowded. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each child to play safely. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable/soft play at the same time.

6. All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed. We also recommend sharp objects be removed.

7. No food, candy or drinks to be consumed while on the inflatable/soft play to avoid both mess and possibility of choking.

8. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string as these make a terrible mess and can also stain the inflatable/soft play for which you will be liable for payment to clean or repair.

9. No smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable/soft play.

10. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable/soft play.

11. It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back, leg or neck problems use the inflatable/ soft play.

12. In the event of heavy rain we ask that you make sure all your guests are out of the inflatable/ soft play and you remove the blower into a safe area where it can not get damaged or wet.

13. Do not move the inflatables/ soft play

14. Do not spray water on or near the electric blower and soft play

15. Occasionally check that the inflatable/soft play is still securely pegged.

16. Never switch the blower on and off while the inflatable is in use.

17. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury.

18. Please remember if the inflatables are damaged when collected there will be an additional charge.

19. Anyone who is pregnant or has health issues should not be on the inflatables.

20. At the end of the event the renter is responsible for unplugging and storing the blower in a safe and dry location until pick up.

21. In the event that the renter or its guests damages the inflatables/concession/ride-ons/soft play the renter is responsible for all damages, repairs, or replacement of the inflatable/Concession/ride-ons/soft play if beyond repair.
